In this episode, hosts Lisa Welchman and Andy Vitale speak to content strategist and writer, Natalie Marie Dunbar. Natalie discussed her transition from traditional newspaper writing to the world of content strategy and content design, and also spoke about her motivation for writing her upcoming book From Solo to Scaled.

Natalie Marie Dunbar is a Senior Manager, Design – UX Content Strategy at Walmart, where she focuses on creating content that shapes and supports the Walmart+ member experience. Before joining Walmart, Natalie worked in civic tech, helping federal agencies find innovative, human-centered solutions to enhance digital services across the government. She's also built engaging content experiences for enterprises that include Anthem, Inc., Kaiser Permanente (KP), YP.COM, and Farmers Insurance.

 

Natalie is an active member of Women Talk Design and was a founding member of Content Strategy Los Angeles. In addition, she regularly writes for ClearVoice.com and is a frequent speaker. Natalie's upcoming book, from Solo to Scaled, will be released by Rosenfeld Media in 2022.
